To secure your reservation, a booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We recommend booking early, especially during peak season (November – April), as our private tours have limited availability.

• Confirmation: Upon completing your booking, you will receive an email confirmation with your itinerary and pickup details.
• Payment: We accept major credit cards and bank transfers via our secure 2C2P Payment Gateway. Full payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Changes: You can request to change your tour date at least 24 hours in advance (subject to availability) without additional charges.

Safety is our top priority. In the event of unsafe sea conditions or severe weather (determined by the Marine Department or our captain), Phuket Classic Tours reserves the right to cancel the tour.

If we cancel due to weather, you will be offered:

• An alternative date for your tour.
• A 100% full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

Note: Light rain is common in the tropics and does not constitute grounds for a weather cancellation unless deemed unsafe.

For your peace of mind, basic accident insurance is included in every tour package for all registered guests. To be covered, you must provide the full names and passport numbers of all passengers prior to the tour date.

This coverage is for accidents occurring during the tour duration only. We strongly recommend that all guests possess their own comprehensive travel insurance covering personal property, medical expenses, and trip cancellations.
